So many of us overlook the power of our body and how the things we do on stage can have often more emotional weight than the things we say. We move about the stage doing object work or just nervously pacing and we don’t realise that all that movement is noise and no longer can our body produce a clear signal to our scene partner.
This workshop will help you play with signal, rather than noise and give you the tools to hone the power of your body and use meaningful movement to define your characters, your relationships and your stories.
