Producing can be quite overwhelming. I mean, what the hell is producing anyway? Producing is essentially creative project management. It’s about fostering the show from inception into delivery, ticking off various checkpoints along the way. Through my own experience from producing live theatre shows to TV productions, I’ll be sharing what I have learned along the way and give you some strategies to help you confidently put on a live comedy show.
