Objective
The aim of this section is to outline a straightforward process for reporting any issues related to the Workplace Conduct Policy. Space on Earth is committed to treating all complaints seriously and confidentially.
Who Can Report

How to Report
- Directly to the Artistic Director: Given the small size of our operation, any complaints should be reported directly to the Artistic Director. You can contact them via email, phone, or in person.
- Written Format: While not mandatory, putting your complaint in writing can assist in a thorough investigation. However, verbal reports will also be taken seriously.
Time Limit
Please report the incident as soon as possible to ensure timely and effective action.
Investigation
- Assessment: The Artistic Director will conduct an initial review of the complaint to determine next steps.
- Outcome & Action: Following the assessment, the Artistic Director will determine appropriate actions to address the situation. This may include conversations with involved parties or other appropriate actions.
Confidentiality
Your confidentiality is important to us. All complaints will be kept confidential to the extent feasible.
Retaliation Is Prohibited
No one will face any kind of retaliation for filing a complaint or assisting in an investigation.
Records
All documentation related to the complaint and any subsequent investigation will be securely stored.
